Vital Skills needed in LifeNumero Uno-The Art of DrivingAs most people already know.. I'm about to become the few people left in the year group that does not own a driving license... not that it bugs me but it IS a needed skill, so therefore I will do it in the very near future. However, there are currently some obstacles as the date for the 5 hour road rules lecture(in english:p), is next Sunday..but I'm off at camp... and the lecture after that is only available next month..which is GAY..cos it means that it has to be delayed agaiinn... PFFFT. What kind of driver would I be you think? I think I'll be quite a responsible one..UNLESS of course.. the road is soo empty.. I may do a Tokyo Drift..Need for Speed..Too Fast Too Furious stunt... other than that..I wouldn't..
Numero Deux- The Art of CookingNot that I already don't know how to cook..although SOME people may have the misconception that I am unable to do anything like cooking or housework *cough* simon *cough* because I'm so pampered..or so they think..Your wrong..I can..just because I dont do it doesnt mean that I can't:P and its not just instant noodles.. I can cook.. decent enough..If you have seen me take nice packed lunches to school..I can proudly say...I MADE IT MYSELF!!! *glows*:D
But the point is.. I think my skills need to be brushed up..I would love to learn how to cook like Jamie Oliver..because he is WAY cool..Buy me his book if you dont know what to get me for any occasion :P and that I will want to cook nice food for myself when I get to England..and not survive on McD's.. I have resolved to not EVER allow the "Freshman 15" phenomenon happen to me( if you dont know what it is, you haven't been watching enough trashy TV:p..its when your a freshman in uni..you gain 15 pounds)
The not so vital skills in life:Foreign Languages:I can speak fluently 3 languages.. and as you can tell.. from my titles above..they dont include French or Spanish.. well at least I DID French.. I can say, oui, no, count to ten or twenty.., cafe, and some other useless things that tourists should know if they visit France. As to Spanish?Pfft..no clue whatsoever...my sole contact of Spanish language would most likely be over songs which I think sound VERY nice but I have no idea what they are going on about.. but then there are the "Si" and "Hola".. and the recently acquired "que?"(I know there is meant to be an accent some where but i can't put it in..)" Wow..don't I just blow u french/spanish people awayyy :p
On other things today:I have some sort of skin disorder.. "shingles"-thats what they're called to be precise-rhymes with jingles n mingles*HIT ME PLEASE*... and it hurts..:( and it looks eew too. And my mom brought me to some traditional chinese doctor and he gave me some herbs to put on it.. and it smells bad..but I think..it works.. thats all it matters.. but no worries its not contagious..but dont touch me on my right hip if you see me.. it hurts . My mom really believes in these type of non-conventional treatments.. but I must admit.. everytime, I'm skeptical about it.. but it works amazingly well.. Take my ankle for example(the cheerleading incident).. by the time I got home-hopping on one foot- I dont think I saw the existence of an ankle.. my mom took me to this dude..he just rubbed it...i heard a crack.. and i can move it..it hurts still but i can move it..at least i didnt have to use the crutches the nurses offered.. I dont know how to..and their icky.. and then there was Ian Cracking his Jaw.. was on morphines to ease his pain for like dayss.. but mom decided to bring him to the same dude.. did something funky to his face..pain all gone.. WOW.. he rocks my socksss..but thats about all he rocks..
Before I make an abrubt end to this..I would like to express my dissatisfaction to Mommy Mo whom I think gives me the ugliest nicknames available.. he tends to make me sounds like farm animals.. or dogs.. hence i am reluctant to add them to my long list of names.. :P
XOXOX
